As a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a degree in Journalism and Electronic Media, I have experience both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. I am the Media Coordinator for Mortgage Investors Group’s Marketing Department, as well as a freelance editor for Big Slate Media. I’m known for my editing skills, but I also have experience with videography, scriptwriting, and presenting as an on-camera personality. My passion for multimedia storytelling across multiple industries makes me an exceptional candidate for any type of video project. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing guitar, running, travelling across the country with family, or listening to the last 2 minutes of Pink Floyd’s Comfortably Numb.

As a freelance editor, I have worked on many projects for Big Slate Media and their client, Company Distilling. Whether it’s short-form reels or opening day celebration highlights, I coordinate with the team at Big Slate to ensure deliverables meet expectations and are sent on schedule.
This video showcases Company Distilling’s opening day for their new location in Lynchburg, TN. The project highlights the event and includes an interview with Company’s Master Distiller, Jeff Arnett.

I have served as Media Coordinator for Mortgage Investors Group since 2023. My primary duties include all scriptwriting, recording, and editing for MIG’s Loan Officers and executive team members. Additionally, I serve as the consistent on-camera personality for our social media reels.
Our Home Office studio allows me the opportunity to film our videos in a professional space. I direct Loan Officers to present relevant industry information on camera, aiding them to act as professional media personalities with the help of a teleprompter.
The following video serves as the introduction to a 10-part series detailing the mortgage process. Each video highlights one step that aspiring homebuyers can expect to encounter. This educational piece showcases important tasks to note for homeownership and underlines MIG’s commitment to doing what’s right for the client.
